1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between yan168 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the yan168 platform in any capacity, including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits, redeeming promotions, or contacting customer support.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of a yan168 account and are separate from the real-money balance. The order in which funds are used for wagering (real money first or bonus first) is determined by the platform and displayed in the account Cashier.
• Each promotional bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x). This means the total value of the bonus (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the stated number of times before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Each product category operates under both the general rules set out in this section and specific rules applicable to that category.

Sportsbook Betting

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are fixed and cannot be renegotiated.
• yan168 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of odds manipulation, misuse of early cash-out features, or arbitrage activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yan168 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using yan168 as a channel to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. yan168 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or placing contradictory bets to guarantee a risk-free bonus conversion.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies between yan168 and other operators in a manner designed to extract guaranteed profit without genuine recreational intent.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, spin slots, or perform any other function that a human user would perform manually.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by yan168

yan168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 (deducted from the account balance), or closure at yan168's discretion after reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the closure of accounts in specific jurisdictions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., regulatory requirements), any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file after completing any required compliance checks.

Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your yan168 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] with your account details and a clear statement of your closure request. Before closing, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any withdrawable real-money balance will be processed to your verified payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yan168's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. yan168 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

yan168 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, yan168 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious software. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily interrupt access to some or all platform features.
